Required Materials
For filing the majority of a National Phase Entry filings of a PCT Application all we generally need is a copy of the front page of the published PCT application. While not required for filing, evidence as to the entitlement of the named Applicant, if other than the inventor(s), is preferred for preparation of a Declaration of Entitlement. If not provided on filing, there will be a demand for such a Declaration of Entitlement in due course and which could result in additional cost. If the PCT application is in a language other than French or English, we will require a translation for filing. Our confirming telephone call with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) will dictate the exact material needed.
