Required Materials
For filing the National Phase Entry of a PCT Application all we generally need is a copy of the front page of the published PCT application. If the PCT application is in a language other than French or English, we will require a translation for filing. Our confirming telephone call with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) will dictate the exact material needed.
