Tina holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in Economics and one in Psychology; both from the University of Calgary. In 1994, she returned to the University of Calgary and obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 1998. Tina obtained her Masters in Law (Intellectual Property) from Osgoode Hall in 2005.
In May 2000, Tina successfully completed the Trademark Agents exam and gained entry on the list of Canadian Trademark Agents. She is a member of the Alberta Law Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
Tina is a registered Trademark Agent in Canada and the United States.
Tina focuses her practice primarily on Trademark and Immigration law and regularly appears before various administrative tribunals, the Federal Court of Canada and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. She volunteers with several comunity organizations in Calgary.
